Wendy EvansInterim - Chief Executive OfficerWendy has been on the operations side of electrical services since 2000. In 2008, CEG was founded in an effort to assist companies in lowering their operating costs by lowering their energy consumption and subsequently their carbon footprint. Wendy has her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and Business Administration from the University of Scranton, as well as a Project Management Certificate from Penn State University.

Michael F. SheaChief Operating OfficerMike is a licensed Master Electrician and has been in the electrical trade since 1997. Mike also holds a Commercial Security License in the City of Scranton. Mike oversees CEG’s field and office operations, including employee management, supply chain management, and project management.

James SheaProject ManagerJim has been in the electrical trade since 2002 and holds a Journeyman Electrician License in the City of Scranton. Jim is our lead installer and handles the onsite coordination and installation for each of our projects. Jim works with the customer to make sure we work around the needs of the customer so that the normal day to day operations are not disrupted and the project is completed on time and on budget.

Jim WildensteinAnalystJim is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with an Associate Degree in Electrical and Electronic Technology. He is retired Air Force and served in Vietnam. Jim worked in the private sector for a defense contractor as Facilities Manager for more than 30 years and was also employed by a local utility company with the responsibility of reconciling rebate applications prior to joining the staff of CEG.

Karen LynchOffice ManagerKaren is a graduate of Felician College with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. Karen has vast experience in office administration in the health care and higher education industries prior to joining CEG. At CEG, Karen is responsible for accounts payable, billing, records maintenance, payroll, and proposal preparation. Outside of CEG, Karen is an active volunteer with hr St. Joseph's Center and Saint Francis Soup Kitchen.
